Pynk N Blue ‘Easy - Exchange & Return’ policy

Basic mantra of our exchange & return policy is ‘exchange & return – damaged, wrongly
delivered product in original and unused form’
As humans, sometimes, we do make genuine mistakes, and businesses are also run by humans –
therefore, we take full responsibility of our product deliveries and have an ‘easy exchange and
return’ policy.
While we strive for your best experience, ensuring exchange & return request genunity is utmost
important for running of business, therefore, request you to ensure following before requesting
If wrong product is delivered to you:
- Match your product with billed product
- If billed & delivered product mismatch, initiate a product exchange/return request through an
email to [email protected] as per process outlined below with-in 15 calendar days from
day of delivery
If damaged product is delivered to you:
While shipping any product, we ensure full quality and good shape of product and use suitable
packaging, still sometimes, products do get damaged during the shipping and we take full
responsibility in such cases;
- Initiate exchange/return request by sending email to [email protected] with-in 15 calendar
days of product delivery as guided below
Return/ Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products meet with following conditions:
- Request is raised with 15 (calendar) days of product delivery
- Product is received by customer in damaged form
- Product is not damaged due to neglect or improper use
- Product/s are not used at all
- Return/Exchange is applicable on non-offer, non-promotional products
- Original packaging including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories is intact
- Serial Number is not tampered with
- Free product provided by brand with the order should also be returned in original condition
- Some special rules for promotional offers may override Pynk N Blue Exchange/Returns Policy
- Products that are covered by the brands under brand’s damage policy
Upon receiving of returned/exchanged products, Pynk 'N' Blue quality team will inspect the returned
product against above terms and condition and, subsequently will initiate refunds/exchange or raise
further query. Post refund approval, refund will take 7-12 working days to reflect in your bank
account/original method of payment.

Step-by-Step guide for Exchange & Return (for damaged and wrong product delivery):
- Step#1: Take photo of a) damaged product, b) original package with clearly visible
tags/barcodes and c) original bill
- Step#2: Initiate an exchange/return by writing an email to [email protected] with
subject line ‘Return/Exchange – Order#1234 – Delivery date’ and photo of damaged product
and original package with tags/barcodes clearly visible
- Step#3: On receiving of request, with-in 8 working hours, we will acknowledge the
acceptance of request
- Sept#4: our quality team reviews the request against above mentioned return condition
- Sept#5: With-in 72 hours from initiation, you will hear about pick-up approval decision or
further query, if any
- Step#6: Once pickup is approved, appropriate instruction will be sent regarding repacking
and pickup
- Step#7: Once returned package is received at Pynk N Blue facility, our quality team will
check the product against the claim
- Step#8: Post quality check, request may be fully approved or further query may be raised
- Step#9: Once request is fully approved, refund will be initiated in case of return and
appropriate item will be dispatched
- In case of refund, Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge
would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges
- Refund will take around 7-12 working day from the date refund approval to reflect in your
- Timely response: Having email responsiveness from both business and customers side is
utmost important to process your request, therefore we assure you an email update with-in
48 hours and expect a response to any email from pynknblue with-in 72hours from you; in
case of non-adherence to the timelines, there is no means that we can process the request in
with-in timely manner, so request will be rejected.
Being responsible business, we care for your hygiene and do not sell returned product. Having said
that, returned products can’t be used by any other customer therefore, we don’t accept exchange or
return of the products once sold or delivered other than damaged product or wrong product delivery
as mentioned above.

Pynk N Blue ‘No Question Asked’ Order cancellation policy

First, we are disappointed to see you having to cancel your order, however understanding, different
situations leading to cancellation of your order. We have an ‘No question asked’ easy order (partial or
full) cancellation policy.
You can cancel (partial or full) your order ‘anytime’ before shipping that too free of cost through
‘Order Cancel’ button shown on your order book. Please be aware that ‘Order Cancel’ button will be
disabled as soon as your order is shipped.
Refund – ‘Full money return Guarantee’ policy
In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, the refund of your fully eligible amount (including shipping
changes if any) will be deposited within 7-12 business days in the method of payment
While we are committed to return your money as soon as possible and will continue to update you
about your refund through email, in case you don’t get refund initiation email with-in 48 hours of
order cancelation, we humbly request you to write to us at [email protected] and we promise
to revert back within 48 hours through a call/email.

Coupon codes: ‘Full Money return grantee’, You will get all your money back what you paid
